Q. How much does junk removal cost?
A. Pricing depends on how much space your junk takes up, what we are removing, how heavy it is, labor required, access to the items, and disposal fees. A few photos usually help us give a fast estimate.
Q. Do I need to move everything outside?
A. No. In most cases, we can remove items from inside the house, garage, backyard, upstairs rooms, storage units, or offices. Just show us what needs to go.
Q. Do you leave the area clean?
A. When appropriate, yes. As part of our Reclamation Process, we remove the obvious junk and also help clear smaller debris, cobwebs, and items that may have fallen behind or underneath the junk. We aim to leave the area broom-clean so it feels usable again.
Q. Can you move items into the space after removing junk?
A. Yes, when requested and practical. This is the optional Replace step of our Reclamation Process. While we are there, we can help move household items, boxes, bins, or furniture into the newly opened space.
Q. Do you remove single items?
A. Yes. We can remove single bulky items like couches, mattresses, refrigerators, washers, dryers, desks, recliners, and exercise equipment.
Q. Do you do full cleanouts?
A. Yes. We handle garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, rental cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, backyard cleanups, and property cleanups.
Q. What items can’t you take?
A. We generally focus on non-hazardous junk. We do not remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, or other regulated hazardous waste.
Q. Do you donate or recycle items?
A. When practical, yes. If items are usable or recyclable, we try to route them appropriately instead of sending everything straight to the landfill.
